Arranging a home loan can be full of twists & turns (I should know after settling over 3,000 of them). I will ensure the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible for you. You may have been through the process a number of times, however negotiating interest rates and structuring lending to meet short and long term goals isn't something you do every day. Once approval is obtained we will have a further discussion about what loan structure best suits your needs.

When you arrange a home loan through me, I will also take care of any home loan needs you have in the future. This enables me to, over time, build a comprehensive understanding of your lifestyle, goals and money management needs. Part of my service is contacting you before your fixed rate loan expires to review your lending needs and negotiate a new fixed rate with your lender.

As I'm paid by the Bank my service is entirely free for you.

Save Time

I'll do all the "leg work" for you, in compiling the application and presenting to the lender. I will also liaise with the other professionals involved (e.g. Real Estate Agent, Solicitor), ensuring that deadlines are met.

I have broking arrangements with major banks and also a number of other lenders, which provides for plenty of options.

A great deal

Once the lender's loan approval is unconditional its time to negotiate on interest rates and other incentives. Generally this will comprise a discount on fixed & floating interest rates and a contribution to legal expenses. With my knowledge of other lenders' offerings at the time, your chosen lender will ensure they put forward a competitive loan offer.
